Why are you single ?

Many times I noticed the reasons behind why I'm single , 
I try my best to give them all my love and affection . I am very comprehensive when it comes to work , or they are busy with personal time. I got things to do as well , I see no problem why not give them time to do other things . 
I'm not jealous , it doesn't mean I don't care for them , once I give my trust I give it all , once they lose it they lose it forever. 
If they have goals in life , or school is a priority I completely understand , I also have goals to achieve , I would just like for someone to work into a going after our own goals together. 
But , the guys I dated , I found out that 
Either their are not into me because they like someone else . 
Or is jealous and controlling 
Is a gambler and a sex addict 
Or the worst part , finding out he's married and lied the whole time ... 
So lady's those are my reasons why I'm single ... The past 4 relationships have not been my fairy tale ..

I talked to my old boss about this once (better than a therapist, I swear), and he said there was always one thing the same in all of those relationships, and that if I didn't change myself and my dating criteria it was never going to get better. He was right. He wasn't saying I was too blame for how they treated me, but for constantly being too involved before I knew them better.

Honestly, I think it's a bit of both. Mostly them, but a little you because it seems you have bad taste in men. I hope this doesn't sound mean. I was the same way. My advice is don't settle. Be picky. Make sure you know the guy's deal before you make any commitment. I did that with my now husband. Don't look down on yourself. You deserve the best! Never ever settle for less than you deserve, girl!

I've been single for 8 months after being cheated on by my ex fiance. Now I'm spending time focusing on myself and my. Best decsion I ever made! Don't let those that hurt make u feel like its you're fault.
