Sun during pregnancy?

This may be a dumb question, but what exactly are the rules about laying in the sun during pregnancy? Love the sun and I'd think it'd be a good source of vitamin D. Any advice would be great 😊

Not a dumb question... I always wonder, too, living in the Texas heat! Stay hydrated. Wear sunblock and make sure to take lots of breaks in the shade (depending on temperature and heat index). You do not want your body to overheat!  ☀️☀️
