rosy cheeks after a bj?

I've given a blow job before and I've swallowed before and this never happened. I gave my boyfriend a blow job and then after I got up he was like "wth your cheeks are so red?" I'm not allergic I don't think? unless I can go from not allergic to allergic in a few days. has this happened to anyone before and what was it? should I worry?
