Symptoms

I'm 4.5 weeks pregnant with #4 I have VERY little or maybe next to no symptoms except for some bloating and mild mood swings. Question is anyone go through whole 1st trimester like this? Or will I get hit with more extreme symptoms in the weeks to come? Please share your stories I'm so curious. My previous pregnancies were similar but I've heard every baby and pregnancy is different.
