Postpartum Acne?

I'm nearly 3 weeks postpartum and ever since having my son I've had terrible breakouts. They're mostly around my chin, which I've heard is hormonal acne. I'm also breastfeeding. I haven't broken out like this since the very beginning of my pregnancy and when I was maybe like 14. Did anyone else experience this? How can I get rid of it? (because my witch hazel and tea tree oil isn't doing much for me). Or does is have to go away on its own because it's most likely hormonal?
