Flu!!! Should I follow up with ob?

I went to my ob friday found out I lost 6lbs in a month. Pick my kids up from school that night its starts with my youngest son. Next morning my oldest son, that night my daughter. Hoping it would skip me I wake up Sunday so sick I cant even keep water down. I go to the er they pump me full of fluids do an ultrasound tell me the baby is fine im now hydrated that I have the flu it just has to run its course. I havent had a real meal since Saturday night. I am to the point I can keep broth down so I've been getting by with that. I have been feeling the baby move for about a week and since last night I haven't felt anything. Im also concerned about losing to much weight should I contact my ob? Ive never been sick like this while pregnant.
