Dreams

Has anyone ever dreamt of touching themselves and you wake up and touch it and it's sensitive as hell? Almost like its the first time touching it? That just happened to me. Sometimes I could have a dream that's not sexual and when I wake up it's almost throbbing. It feels great, but it goes away very quickly. I'm wondering why this is happening. And if it's normal.
