Need someone to lean on

Hello I'm new to this glow app. AF in March arrived on 24th-28th and for some reason she skipped April and arrived on May 16th -20th. With that being said as I'd now my cycle is 53 days although before this happened my normal cycle is about 36 days. I'm trying to figure out a way to track my ovulation but that I've never had a 53 day cycle before. I'm not sure what to do and glow most of the time isn't much of help. I also referred to my first response ovulation instructions and it doesn't even go past 50 so I'm not sure where to go for help.
