Nose Piercing Bump

I've had my nose pierced for a while but recently the fiance accidentally ripped it out with his sweater and now the dreaded bump has formed.. Ugh. It's been three weeks and I've tried everything in the book. Tea tree oil, aspirin paste, chamomile tea bag.. It just won't go away!! With my wedding in a month and my boudoir shoot this Saturday.. I think I'm just going to take out the piercing and pray it heals fast. Has anyone experienced this and how long after removing it did the small bump go away?
