OB said he could feel baby's head! 38weeks
Checked dilation for the first time yesterday. 38w1d. Doc said I'm 2 cm and he can feel baby's head with middle finger! 😳
Also said that baby measures at 7lb 3oz and may be 8lb born. I'm afraid I'm going to tear so badly with him bc I did tear badly with my first baby. Only he weighed 6lb10oz...
What can I do now this far along to loosen things down stairs to help with tearing besides keegles (I've been trying to remember to do them but it's hard lol)? 😣
