Ruptered ectopic Pregnancy

My Dh has low motility ..dr suggested us to do ivf or icsi.no chance for natural pregnancy.but by God's grace my hpt was positive on 4th may2016..since evening i started spoting.from 13 to 15 i bleeded like periods without any cramps..after 3 days i have pain in abdomen after taking food.on the next day from my usg i found iam having tubal abortion..my gyn done laproscopy and my right tube was removed on 23rd midngt ...God saved my life... Hoping for a good recovery and for a miracle baby...Baby dusts to all..
