Spotting after bowel movements

I have been very constipated. This I the first time I have been able to use the restroom in 4 days. I ended up taking some colace last night and today had a very painful bowel movement today. Afterwords I noticed very light brown spotting when I wiped. I'm assuming it's from the straining but has anyone else had a similar experience. I am 9 weeks pregnant.

It was very light brown spotting and only once when I wiped it is coming from my vagina.
