Sickness and diheara can it be the start of labour

Hi ladies currently had sickness and diheara for 2 days with chills and cold feel fine in my self dosent feel like a bug but wonderd if any of you have had this and then labour has started and how many weeks? I'm currently 30 weeks but partus positive which means I can go into early labour. Thanks girls
