Confused and upset...

Needing some insight or advice today...

Went in for a scan 1 week ago and my doctor is the one who did the transvaginal ultrasound and measured our little one at 6 weeks on the dot but couldn't see a heartbeat.

Went back today (6 days later) and the actual ultrasound tech did the transvaginal and measured 6wks1day....but did find a heartbeat of 115

My super unhelpful doctor didn't seem worried or sympathetic and just told me to return in 2 weeks to see if there's growth. Anyone have a similar situation?

I also had hcg done this week and it was normal rising.
