Question

I just finished the last blue pill lastnite ,next is the white pills I'm thinking they r sugar pills ,do I have to take them or I don't tryna regulate my cycle its so irregular

I would take them, I used to do that and skip them and just take the blue pills from the next pack. Its not a good idea it screws up ur period pretty good and god knows what it screws up inside.  Hope that helps.

They are sugar pills,  basically.  They help you keep on track. If you were to stop for a week, do you think you could go back to taking one every day?  It's easier to just take one daily, and not worry about skipping this day/week and restarting.

My pills just have the 3 weeks of pills then you wait a week to start the next pack. So it is safe to skip if they are just the reminder pills. Some pills the "sugar pills" contain iron.
