Std testing..

So I recently heard a rumor of a guy I had sex with, saying he had chlamydia. Our fling happened in November and we didn't use a condom one time. I then got my period but they've been weird lately and having a pinkish discharge.. No burn or weird smell but just different color discharge. Has anyone had chlamydia or know of the symptoms.. Also how do I ask my Dr to test me for stds
