Is it wrong to call dhs on a friend?

Seriously this little boy needs a better situation than he is in currently. The father is wasting the court time when the judge keep saying he can't find anything unfit about the mother. He has this girl he's using to make himself look good for court. He lied to her about the entire court case, even lied about why he filed for custody. He leaves the girl at home with the kid all day while she taking care of him. She all on Facebook taking pictures with the son. She sits in the court dates as I do and they keep getting different damn judges on the case. I honestly don't think its right how he wasting the court time trying to get custody just because the mother moved back home after she was released from jail for a misdemeanor. Its other kids who parents are fighting for them in court, and its wrong. he hasn't known the girl for two days before he moved out his house, into her house. I feel like this is totally morally wrong. He's basically using this "hood rat" to look good in court. The girl has a straight hood personality. If another woman is caring for your kid why should u be in court trying to take the mother rights?? Everyday I see this I scream this is wrong!!
