Just going off heart rate, since its 178, im gonna say girl. My daughters was always around 155+. My sister has 2 boys and theirs were lower. Ive always been told the faster the beat, its a girl. The slower its a boy.

For Ramzi, I always ask the doc what side the placenta is on cuz I can't read ultrasounds but....

And heart rate isn't very accurate to me so... I'm going to guess boy. My first boy had a heart rate of 174 bpm at 7 weeks and it never dropped below 160.
