Mosquito Bites

Just found out I am 4wk and 4d along and went to the park with the kids I nanny and got like 6 mosquito bites. I called my nurse and she said just to use bug spray that is safe for pregnant women but I do not have access to bug spray and have to walk 15 minutes home. I'm worried about getting more bites! Is this something to be concerned about?
