How often do you wash your sheets after sex?

My boyfriend and I stay at either of our places every night and have sex 4x a week. Last night we finished up and were getting ready for bed and I realized my sheets were reallll dirty. I'm just curious as to how often other people change/wash their sheets because now I feel like the most disgusting person haha

It depends entirely on the mess involved and/or smell... If its a small blob then i will scrub it off until the following morning but if its a big mess or smells in any way then i instantly change the sheets. You're supposed to change ur sheets every 2 days due to bacteria so its kinda nasty to be having sweaty sex sessions and rolling around in your sheets every night for a week without changing them, i worry...

We use a small towel to clean up everything, so our bedding stays pretty clean, I still wash it about every 2 weeks though.
