Long story short: baby is frank breech and I'm struggling with 3 herniated discs and sciatica, which makes the suggested exercises from spinningbabies and my doctor almost unbearable. An L&D nurse mentioned putting a ice pack on top of my bump may make the baby flip. I guess since babies prefer warm over cold? Just wondering if anyone with their previous breech pregnancies have attempted this and whether it worked? Thanks all & good luck in the last stretch!
