Hemorrhoids so bad..can't poop?? TMI

I'm 8 days postpartum and for the past 2 days, I have noticed that my hemorrhoids are so bad they are blocking my poop and I honestly can't push the poop out. And I have the worst pain that the poop is there and just stuck so I sit on the pot for 45 minutes and try to wipe to make the poop softer and it's not working at all. I've been taking Colace every day and drinking tons of water and eating tons of fruit but nothing is helping. The first few days in the hospital and at home I was popping just fine, the stool softener helped a ton. But now it's not working! I've also done sits baths with Epsom salt. Suggestions!?
