Talking to your parents

I'm 14, soon to be 15 in a month. I recently started to be sexually active for just a few months now with my boyfriend from 2 years, keep in mind in pretty mature for my age. My mom is very very very very strict, and I don't know how to have a talk with her or if I even should.. Any suggestions? (We're Mexican so it could get pretty intense) also, please don't comment if you're just going to be judgy.
