As I got done using the bathroom and wiped, I notice this? Is this normal???? I'm 20 weeks tomorrow

I would definitely give the doctor a call in the morning. It looks like a piece of mucus plug. I definitely think you will be ok, but I do think you should have your doctor at least do an examination, or get his advice.

I have been having discharge like this after bowel movement s midwife said just bodies way of preventing infection.

That'd what my mucous plug looked like when I lost mine at 20 weeks I'd go in get checked just to be safe. I was dilated in preterm labor and 50 effaced

That looks normal. Prob just fluid and tissue from the changes in your tummy. Don't panic and put your feet up and rest. Have a good night!
