Stuffy nose medicine over the counter?

My baby is 10 weeks and his nose is stuffy and I think it's from the weather changing what can I give him to make it go away ? I'm a FTM and don't know what to do for him

There is saline spray for infants, you shoot the spray up their nose and you can use nasal aspirator as well. It totally gets rid of stuffy nose.

I use breast milk and it loosens the mucus up.

No cough medicine. It contains honey that kills babies. I'm having the same problem and we went to the doctor Friday. He said to continue with sucking his nose, humidifier and keep the baby hydrated. They have to fight it with their immune system. It sucks because my baby sounds so stuffy and I do everything. I am giving it time to see if it works it's self out.

You can also try a cool mist vaporizer at night, and elevate the crib mattress.

I just put saline drops and suction not much we can do at night time you could put a little babyrub on his feet and cover them with socks
