Suggestions?

Ladies, I need ideas on how to best get this weight off . I've been doing much better at working out I'm getting at least 2-3 days in at the gym for 2 hours and I'm eating better and drinking only water and lots of it (except for coffee during night shift work , can't cut it or I'll die lol) I feel like stress may be a factor , but I've only lost a few pounds in 2 months and most of it is in my arms. I'm at 160, heaviest I've ever been. Gained all the weight after I got married last April and trying to get it off. Usually my weight sheds really quickly but I'm not sure if it's due to aging and stress , but I'm looking for more ideas and suggestions from those who have been there ! No judgement please ! Looking for support :) below are 2 pictures , one of how I looked last April at 130 and then this April with my weight gain of 165. Next picture is 2 months "progress" and I'm at 160 . I'm 
 eeling better with finally working out and eating better but my weight and body aren't reflecting it & im getting discouraged.
