You can get this at Target. I love mine. It's great when we're out visiting friends and family, baby can just lay down and nap on any flat surface and it can be used as a changing station at resturants, home, other people's homes, in the back of the car.

It's a very convenient product to have.

Also I have the baby trend 1st debut travel system, which you can use as a carriage, a regular stroller or a bassinet. I got it from Walmart.com for 189.99. I was sold once I felt how comfy the car seat is. It was the best one for comfort and price that I could find at Walmart. I will probably change baby in the bassinet while out places. 
And I found the Brica foldable travel bassinet for under 20 dollars at a bargain hunt store. It is super light and perfect for if you're at a friends and baby wants to nap. 
I have not used any of the stuff before but I tried changing out the stroller options and it's super easy. I'm very excited to use these products! So much has changed since I had my daughter 4 years ago. Pictures below.

I do like this idea for sleeping and changing purposes on the go but her stroller turns into a bassinet so I have no worries there.

I think this looks great but do you have to empty the entire bag to use the changing portion? And I wonder how much room it has in it? Those were my two thoughts about why it might not work so well. 
I just bought this diaper bag from Walmart.com and it came with one of those thin diaper changing pads.

I would want one!! 
I am a germafobe, constantly wash hands, really don't touch things unless I absolutely have too. So this would be so ideal for me. Because I wouldn't have to think about laying baby on a changing table at a store or something...

My friend has this for her baby but they're due in early June so they haven't had the chance to use it yet. It seems super handy!
