Faint Line Pregnancy Test

I've missed my period by 5 days now and took a pregnancy test. The kicker is - I'm in Europe so I'm using a test with instructions in another language 😁. I see a faint positive line, but does this mean I'm pregnant? Or is it just too soon? I'm not sure if I should call my doctor or just wait until I get back to the states.
