Belly Piercing Question!

Please Inform Me As Much As You Canhave my belly pierced . I don't want to ruin my belly button from keeping it in this pregnancy but I don't wanna have to take it out just to get it redone later😩 (I feel I'm fairly small ; btw I'm 24weeks and still have room right now for the belly ring)

Have you had a belly ring in your entire pregnancy? Or when did you take it out, if not?

Is there any ring that are fit for pregnancy's? If so, where do I get one? if not, how far along can I be till I have to take it out ? ):
