Any advice to help concieve??

Been TTC for 2 months now I thought I was pregnant this month but I ended up getting AF 4 days late... Anyone know anyways to help with the process in any way? I just want my rainbow baby!

I would try ovulation kits. They're pricy for some, I used the clear blue digital ones and within 3 months we got a positive test and this is our first baby. I was also coming off of birth control and thought it would take much longer, but best wishes to you!

Have you tried using ovulation kits? We tried (and I use the term loosely because we just had sex with no protection) for a few months. After that we decided we like REALLY wanted to get pregnant so I bought ovulation kits from Walgreens. Got pregnant right away. I also stopped drinking and was eating better and working out when I could during the time we were trying to conceive. I know it's not always this easy for everyone, we just got really lucky. But if you havent tried the ovulation tests I would recommend starting with those.

My husband and I tried for 2 years.. our doctor said to eat wheat germ everyday and take omega 3's 3 times a day... we are now 6 weeks and 5 days pregnant.. hope this helps... baby dust to u!!

Chart like crazy. I really recommend a book by the name of Taking Charge of Your Fertility. It will help to make everything in Glow make even more sense. If you do struggle with TTC (it does take a while for most), it will also help you and your doctor determine the problem. It even has suggestions to try based on your charting. For example, if your CM stays sticky and isn't getting that egg white quality around ovulation, you can try taking Guaifenesin (Robitussin), which will thin mucus both in your lungs and your cervix.

I got advice from a random stranger to try taking baby aspirin if it seemed like implantation was the issue. (She was apologetic about having overheard the conversation I was having about TTC, but I'm so glad she did.) After fertility testing but before they started treatment, her doctor encouraged her to try baby aspirin - just one a day until her missed period. She said they conceived during their next cycle. I figured it couldn't hurt to try, started immediately, and conceived during my next cycle. Could be coincidence, but we'd been trying for 10 cycles. It's worth a shot.
