Once they are an adult I mean out of college age so like 25 when your brain is fully developed and you are less likely to develop mental illnesses they can do whatever they want. I'm not paying for it and I'm not letting my CHILD make a major change like that at a young age too many bodily changes and mental changes happening to do that in my opinion. After they are fully grown and paying for their own medical care it's up to them

I am not going to pump hormones and whatnot into my child. There are no long term studies that I've seen of what this does to the body. If they want to do that when they are an adult that is their decision, until then I am not doing any major life changing surgeries because a 4 year old asks.

When they move out they can do whatever they want but I won't be supporting/buying this "gender change" when they're in my house, I won't disown them but I won't have anything to do with this "change". Just my opinion.

No, not when they're children. But as adults, I would support them 100%. I do not believe it's right to give hormones or drugs to a child to prevent puberty.

Like somebody else mentioned, I think it would be better to wait for their brain to fully develop before making serious body changes. If my teenager came to me and told me they wanted to be or felt they were the opposite sex, I would support them and keep an open line of communication. I would make sure they knew why I wanted them to wait.

There are the sexes and five genders. I'm not allowed to determine that for my child. Your sex is between your legs, your gender is in your head. Psych & sociology 101, it just gets more complex from there.

Yes most places won't do surgery until 18 but if my daughter tells me seriously she is/wants to be a boy then we can get different clothes, hairstyles, toys whatever needs to be done :)

I'd pay for the hole thing if I could. If any of my kids turned out to be gay, lesbian, transgender, whatever my husband and I would support them no matter what because they're out children and regardless of sexual orientation or what ever we will love and support them forever and always. They're our babies and will always be ^.^
