Breastfeeding and pumping

Hey mommies, i believe my baby is getting enough breastmilk, she has wet and poop diapers, after i nurse I pump about twice a day sometimes 3 times and I get about 3 oz total. Is that normal? My baby is almost a month. I want to have plenty of frozen milk when I go back to work in Sept (she'll be 4 months by then). I just started drinking Fenugreek yesterday. Should I just keep trying to pump more? Any other tips to get more milk so I can freeze?
