Anyone having trouble?

So I had my 3rd baby 4 days ago and today I had to poop 1st time since and when I did it felt like I was in labor again I actually screamed a few times is this normal to hurt that badly? I'm breast feeding and it was so hard and dense any advice? I'm afraid to do it again

I'm taking stool softeners as well. My dr said to continue the pre natals because I'm EBF. Which means to continue the stool softener. So far, so good.

Very normal. I tell people all the time that they make all the books on pregnancy up to the delivery but that's when you need the most advise...where they talk about tears, fears of pooping, and bleeding for 6 weeks while wearing a pad the size of depends. Totally normal though, try taking stool softners...and don't increase your fiber it will upset your baby's tummy (trust me...I learned the hard way).
