Is it safe to try again?

Question

Im 6w post d&c and I really want to try again when my period is over, would it be to soon? My doctor said to wait for 1 menstrual cycle to pass but a lot of people have said I need to wait 3 menstrual cycles. I dont EVER want to have another miscarriage but me and my partner really want to try for another. 
What are your thoughts??

Studies have shown. There's no medical reason to wait. It's all for dating purposes, and you're actually more fertile in the 3 months following a birth or miscarriage. So. If you feel ready, go ahead. It doesn't increase miscarriage chances at all.

Unless your doctor gave you a SPECIFIC reason to wait, they're just thinking you need that time to "heal." and if you asked 10 doctors they'd all say something different.

After d&c you will get pregnant quick! I waited almost 5 and half months. She told me 6 but once my my two blood draws month to month confirmed my hcg being 0 & staying 0 i decided to try!!  Id deff give your body some time to heal. For ur own good.

Actually talk to your doctor first I had a miscarriage and got pregnant right after and my doctor called me stupid and said my baby could be at risk they like to do test before you try to make sure it wasn't you so you don't keep having this problem so maybe go see a doctor and talk to them before you try I know it's hard to wait but it's better then going through what I was...I've had three mc and found out i had a really bad bacteria that was causing this and also why I was so sick. They out me on an antibiotic and 20 days later I felt normal and we tried and here I am 17 weeks pregnant with a precious baby boy
