So last weekend I was out with my boyfriend and his friends and we were drinking (all overage). Anyways myself and another one of his friend's girlfriends were making nachos and I apparently didn't hear my boyfriend say my name. So he resorted to a short version of my name (this isn't my issue). Which I hate and he knows it. So he kept doing it to bug me and I got annoyed. I was drunk and so I resorted to texting my best friend because there were so many people around that I didn't want to say it out loud. And she ended up texting my boyfriend (which I asked her to) something like this:

Hey so X doesn't like being called Y and has asked me to tell you she won't sleep with you if you dont use her full name.

Anyways no big deal- my boyfriend knows her well and he's well aware she knows quite a bit about our sex life (I've been abused in the past and she's the person I talk to the most- also an abuse survivor). It didn't bother him he thought it was funny and knew I wasn't that mad I was just drunk mad. But he sent the text to his friend to show it to him. And I know his friend but not too well. It just sort of bugs me like he can't keep our sex life private. And yes I'm aware of that fact I involve my friend but he's always been aware of that and encourages it because it helps me.

Sounds like you are immature. If you don't want him to call you by something, call him out on it. Don't have your friend do it, that's childish. But sounds like he was just joking to get your attention. In that case I would've called him by a nickname he doesn't like.

Your friend shouldn't be texting your boyfriend about it at all. That's incredibly immature. If you have an issue speak to your boyfriend yourself. Also he wasn't telling his friend explicit details.

Not to be mean, but it sounds like your overreacting. He was joking around with you. Cut him some slack.
