36 weeks today and found out both are 6lbs 7oz.....so about 13lbs of baby. My cervix is completely shut and everything is still a go for a csection at 38 weeks. At the beginning of this pregnancy, I didn't feel like this situation was a "blessing" but more like karma coming around to bite me in my ass. Today I feel so lucky to not only have nice size twins but overall feel okay. No meds, no bed rest, still sling my 30 lb 1.5 year boy around. Just, if you are completely overwhelmed with the thought of twins, I was too. The closer I get, the more excited I've become. I'm not sure what the point of this post was......just I haven't felt at peace with my situation until today. Better late than never.
