Do I go to my prom?

My prom is coming up at the end of this month, 30th June and I've got everything bought including my dress, shoes, jewellery, bag, all my appointments are booked, my boyfriend has his suit bought but whenever people talk to be about it I'm not excited in the slightest, I just feel like I'm waiting my parents money and being dragged there. What do I do? Do I go and try enjoy it or do I stay at home and miss it? Just seeing all your girls dresses on here makes me feel like I don't deserve to go
