Freaking out

I know better than to freak out, but I kinda am. I found a small bump near my vagina. Not on it, about an inch away between it and my thigh. It's a little smaller than a pea. It feels uncomfortable, hurtful if I squeeze it lightly. I'm a virgin and not partaking in any sexual activity, so it's not an STD or the likes. There's no odd smell, no skin discolor, no itchiness, just noticed it a few minutes ago.
