Open Ingrown Hair

So I recently had what looked like a pimple/cyst around my vagal area, and I know it's from shaving and I figured it was an ingrown hair. Anyways, it got tender and it started to hurt and finally it started coming out with a little bit of puss. Now, it's like a purplish bruised color and it looks open. I don't believe it's infected and I've been putting peroxide on it. Do y'all think I should put like neosporin on it or any other remedies? This is the first one I've ever had because I never shave down there. I just don't want it to get worse or anything. Here's how it looks:
