Self-conscious
So lately I've been feeling really self conscious about my weight. I know I'm a bit over weight, but I've been trying to work on it. Freshman 15 was very real for me this past year in my first year university. Does anyone have some tips on losing weight or trying to see myself more positively. Its started me to spiral downwards about how I think about myself. Which has cause me to become depressed and less motivated. Thanks lovelies.
