Are pregnancy tests better with fmu?

22dpo today. Glow said I should have came on the 27th based on when I logged my positive opk. I didn't think anything of it though because the longest my cycle has been is 35 days but now I'm on cd37. Had dark positive opks for the last 6 days. I've been holding off testing. I'm late but I wanted to wait a few more days to see if AF shows. I think I'm finally going to crack and test tomorrow if it doesn't show today. So is fmu best? Wish me luck I'm so nervous..
