Struggling to concieve after medical abortion with only one tube

I had my son at 17wks, 14months ago he was sick. I had a ectopic before him and only have my left tube. My grief is still so raw. We're desperately trying to get pregs & not successful. They say don't think about it & it will happen? That's literally impossible ! I feel like I'm spiraling into deep depression now big time. I've been trying all sorts of remedies without medical assistance. Hope is falling away. Anyone else had or having this experience?
