Spotting at 5 weeks

Hi! I am hoping someone can help me. So this morning after a bowel movement (I know TMI) I wiped myself and there was bright pink blood in the tissue. 6 hours later, it's still the same when I wipe. It's not a lot and it doesn't even make it to the panty liner but wondering if I should go the hospital? This is my first pregnancy, so idk what to expect.
