Worried..

My mother didn't believe in vaccines when I was born, so I've never had any of my shots. Well now I am 21 and 25 weeks pregnant. And I guess Medicaid looked up my childhood records and noted that I have never had a physical or vaccines and told me I needed to have a physical done ASAP. I of course plan to have my little girl vaccinated when she's born. What should I expect from the doctor at my physical?
