Blighted ovum and then another miscarriage

Has anyone had a blighted ovum that resulted in miscarriage, concieved again and had another miscarriage? I had a blighted ovum in December, took the meds to have the miscarriage, finally stopped bleeding in January. I had 4 normal cycles and we just found out we were expecting again, and I was 4 weeks Saturday and had a miscarriage. I'm hoping there's nothing wrong with my body. Has this happened to anyone and you've been able to have a healthy pregnancy after??
