Is it just me? Or ....

Is it just me or ...... when you have a miscarriage, people around you (whether you know them or don't) just seem to pop up pregnant? 😔 Like ...all of a sudden there's announcements or baby bumps, newborns, etc. Sigh .. it's like an open wound that never heals. #frustrated.

Im so sorry for your loss. I know what you mean! I miscarried 3 days before I threw my best friend her baby shower. Talk about a struggled smile. I was emotionally exhausted by the time everyone left.  But she deserved to have her best friend make it special for her.

I know the feeling. Wednesday will be 2 weeks since my miscarriage and a friend messaged me a few days after my miscarriage and says "guess what? I got good news" I just wanted to smack her. Not to be mean just dealing with my loss and she said that. It's not her fault she didn't know about my loss either. But I'm sure anyone in the situation can relate.

First, sorry for your loss. Still feeling it myself. But it's like how when you buy a new car you suddenly see it EVERYWHERE despite never seeing them before. It's called the Baader-Meinhoff phenomenon. There aren't really more..its just what's already on your brain so you notice it more.

Two of my friends are pregnant, I lost my baby girl in April I can't stand it another girl at work told me she was pregnant and was thinking of aborting. I had to go stand in the fridge and cry I couldn't help but feel that poor baby and you weren't even trying I'd die to be pregnant right now 😔 x

The day before my D&C the lady on the Today show announced she was pregnant with #2. 🙄 No big deal. I am happy for her and all healthy mamas and babies. The next morning as I waited to have my D&C my husband and I watched the Today show and they decided to have a whole session of "How to prepare your toddler for baby #2." lol I just sat there fiddling with my IV thinking to myself wtf. That was two days ago. I try not to be bitter. I have a beautiful healthy 2 yr old but sometimes I wonder why things happen the way they do. So sorry you're having to go through this. ❤️

I've felt that way the entire time I've been TTC. I'm just trying to get past this miscarriage, I'm going to try to not focus on others.

Completely agree!! Pregnancies and babies everywhere!! I guessed I was just more sensitive to it all but it does feel like a constant reminder of the loss. Hope your ok x
