Just signed up for online therapy with Talkspace. I had good luck last time with online therapy. Helped more than 10 years of face to face therapy. So, I'm hopeful. I've tried processing my miscarriage on my own. But I can't. And I'm angry. I've never been an angry person. Sad, sure. Depressed, more than I'd like. Never angry before this. I don't want to be that person. So, hopefully this will begin to help me heal.
