Sex for the first time

So me and my bf are planning to have sex, but I'm really nervous. Idk what to do, will it hurt ??  On my glow calander it says that I will be ovulating the day we plan to do it, I'm at 33% risk of getting pregnant what are ways to prevent it or should I wait? Does the after pill work? Please help !!!!!!!!
