Miscarriage after miscarriage

I had my first miscarriage February 4th of course I was devastated my doctor said if I got pregnant April n at 6 wks I heard the heartbeat yesterday after 2 wks I had brownish discharge n went to my OB no heartbeat was present n Bby had stopped growing I still haven't miscarried how long does this take I can't deal wit the heartache anymore :( any suggestions I want a D&C I dnt want to see my Bby again 💔
