Boyfriend having penis problems!!!

So recently my boyfriend has been having penis problems and he's too scared to go get it checked out, at first it was stinging when he weed but he hasn't got that no more but when his penis goes up its really painful for him, he can get an Erection fine but has to push it down as it hurts when it's lifted too high
